Hello, I’m Jess! I am a busy mum of two, wife and passionate Nutrition Coach based in the beautiful coastal town of Albany in Western Australia.

My journey into nutrition began with my own health. I was experiencing food intolerance symptoms and wanted to understand what was really going on in my body and uncover the triggers. That curiosity quickly grew into something much deeper when my daughter developed eczema linked to certain foods.

As our family expanded and life became busier, I found myself focusing entirely on making sure my children were well nourished, while unintentionally neglecting my own health. Over time, I felt the impact of that, and it became a turning point for me.

That experience opened my eyes to just how powerful nutrition can be. Not only in managing symptoms, but in supporting energy, mood, hormones and overall wellbeing.

Since then, I’ve made simple but impactful changes that have improved the health of both myself and my family. It’s this journey that now drives my passion to help other women, men and families feel and function at their best.

I understand the real-life challenges that come with trying to eat well. Busy schedules, family demands, conflicting information and not knowing where to start. That’s why my approach is always practical, supportive and tailored to you. No extremes, no strict rules, just realistic strategies that work for your lifestyle.

While I have a strong interest in areas such as weight loss, hormone health, fertility, pregnancy and children’s nutrition, I also support clients with general wellbeing, energy, meal planning, and creating sustainable healthy habits.

Alongside my personal experience, I bring a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Chemistry and Forensic Science, a Diploma of Primary Teaching, an Advanced Certificate of Nutritional Counselling and most recently, Children’s Nutrition. I also continue to work part-time as a teacher, which strengthens my ability to educate and guide clients in a clear, practical and supportive way.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to make simple nutritional changes that create lasting results for both you and your family.

  • Monday: 8.30am - 6pm

    Tuesday: 9am - 6pm

    Thursday: 9am - 6pm

    Friday: 9.30am - 5pm

  • Any age! I have taken hair samples for testing from babies to clients in their 80’s!

  • I can conduct all my appointment sessions online, including instructions for taking your own hair testing sample too!
