My own nutrition journey started when I wanted to understand and address food intolerance symptoms I was having and I wanted to uncover the triggers. My exploration continued when I had my daughter and she started getting eczema after eating certain foods. As our family expanded and our schedules became more hectic, I devoted myself entirely to ensuring my children received optimal nutrition, inadvertently neglecting my own dietary needs and I suffered the consequences. Experiencing these health challenges fueled my passion to delve further into understanding nutrition. This journey continues to improve the health and general well-being of myself and my family.

I am now wanting to share my knowledge and passion to help others feel and function their best, all through simple, but impactful, nutritional changes. My passion to help others, along with my own nutritional journey, has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters on this journey. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to our appointment sessions.

I have a strong drive to continue to learn and educate myself. I have a Bachelor of Chemistry and Forensic Science, and a Diploma of Primary Teaching (I am also currently working part time in my 13th year as a teacher). This education and also my training in an Advanced Certificate of Nutritional Counselling, completes my coaching arsenal; allowing me to provide you with the tools and methods you need to help you achieve your nutrition goals.
